| In addition to other terms already stated, I agree to release FastEnter.com and Charlie Horse Ranch Timing Systems, Inc., and all agents or others associated with them from any and all liability due to my participation, or the participation of my child in any event. I understand and agree that if a show or event is cancelled, or if for any reason I am owed a refund of the money paid on this site, that it is the producer's responsibility to issue that refund. I understand and agree that if there are any disputes regarding my entry, I must work those out with the producer of the show. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to print and keep a copy of the receipt for any show entry in order to resolve any disputes. |
